Important Update Regarding Your Digital Season Ticket Activation
UPDATE: All season ticket holders have now received their digital season ticket activation emails. If you are yet to recieve your digital activation email, please contact office@leedsknights.com
An issue that occurred this afternoon with the digital activation of season tickets. Our ticket provider identified a fault immediatly where group references inadvertently caused some season tickets to appear in other customers accounts.
This issue has now been resolved, and all previously sent season ticket activations have been cancelled from the system. New, correct activation links will be resent to all season ticket holders within the next 24 hours.
Please note the following actions required from season ticket holders
If you have already activated your season ticket: Your previous activation has been cancelled. Please disregard any old links you may have received. A new, valid activation link will be sent to you shortly.
If you have already added your season ticket to your digital wallet: We kindly request that you remove the existing pass from your digital wallet in preparation for adding your 2025/2026 season ticket.
We sincerely apologise for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. We appreciate your patience as we ensure the correct delivery of your digital season ticket will be sent out shortly.
