The Morley Glass Leeds Knights are delighted to announce the return of netminder Harrison Walker for the 2025/26 NIHL season.

Walker is no stranger to the blue and yellow, having been a key part of the Knights' setup from the 2021/22 season through to 2024/25. Last season saw him head to Blackburn Hawks to maximise his game time and develop his experience, a move that paid dividends. Walker posted an impressive .923 save percentage across 23 appearances, and was part of the Hawks roster that went on to win the league title.

Now, with that invaluable experience under his belt, Walker returns to support Sam Gospel, helping to share the load across what promises to be another exciting campaign.

On returning to the Knights, Harrison said: "I always enjoyed my time in Leeds and knew it wasn't the end of wearing blue and yellow. When speaking to Ryan over the past few weeks and the opportunity to come back to the Knights came about, I knew it was a no brainer. After having a year elsewhere developing my personal game, I now feel more than ready to help push for more silverware with a great group of guys. The setup at Leeds is second to none, from the staff all the way to the fans and I can't wait to be back in the castle for the start of the season. Have a good summer and see you all in September."

Head Coach Ryan Aldridge said: "It's great to have Harrison back. He took the year away to get some game time, and now we welcome him back as a more experienced netminder who can give Gossy some rest throughout the season. He knows what we are about and what's expected and I know he is excited to be back. He was a big part of our group and we know he will fit right back in."
